(198 yielded) majority of respondents indicated they seek medical care and follow prescribed treatment plans 1/3 of respondents correlate their spiritual life with health maintenance respondents have ideas about what they need to do for exercise and weight control but lack motivation to carry out the activities there is some conflicts about eating well and should eat better only 64 respondents said they eat well (Hickman, 2006, pg. 106)
