5 EXAMPLES OF S.M.A.R.T. GOALS  A person trying to lose weight  I will lose 7% of my body fat in 3 months.  A student trying to improve their Science grade  By the end of the 1 st quarter, I will have an A in my Science class.  A basketball player trying to improve their free throw shooting percentage  I will make 60% of my free throws by the mid way point in the season.

6 YOUR TURN!  Jamie would like to improve how fast she can run the mile. Write an example of a S.M.A.R.T. goal for Jamie.  Justin would like to lose weight. Write an example of a S.M.A.R.T. goal for Justin.  Amy would like to go to college. Write an example of a S.M.A.R.t goal for Amy.
