25  Excellent project management and systems are in place giving confidence that proposed projects will meet identified HLF outputs and outcomes over the course of the programme implementation  Action for the core team:  1. Need to develop a project plan to get an overview and pick up where people are at in terms of developing and delivering projects  2. Think about developing outputs and outcomes for the core work areas to demonstrate benefits of the landscape partnership approach  9. Need to make partners aware of their liabilities in the offer letter  10. Ongoing cost of hosting website needs to be factored into the equation Feedback from Heritage Lottery Fund

27 The first claim to HLF has been successful for £ 49,426.72 of eligible expenditure seeking HLF grant of £ 31,044.92 [ 62.81% ] The second claim £ 88,979 of eligible expenditure [ £ 55,888 HLF award] BUT: This amounts to 50% of where we should be on projects! WHY? ….still time to catch up in years one, two and three …..but challenges ahead critically with respect to partners ability to deliver!
