1. Earth Demon The Earth Demon is a very focused Demon in some ways, but in most ways it is very variable. All Earth Demons have a set of tools replacing their left hand, and a swirl of water and mud replacing their face. The Spinning Strikes attack that the Earth Demon uses is the most expensive attack for a standard Demon, but it does a massive amount of damage to make up for it. 2. Essential Earth Demon When most Demons upgrade, they follow a trend in their elements. Standard Demons have 1 of each of their elements, Essential Demons have 2 of the primary element and 1 of the secondary, and Ancients have 2 of the primary, plus a secondary and a tertiary element. Earth Demons, however, don’t follow this pattern. With each upgrade, an Earth Demon gains an extra element. The Essential Earth Demon swaps out the set of tools for a giant fan that lets it use the Heavy Hurricane attack. The Ancient Earth Demon actually has a second hand, but the Morningstar attached to its arm hides it. Although Ancient Earth Demons are hard to use, they have unlimited potential, thanks to the Bladewind attack. 3. Elder Earth Demon The Elder Earth Demon contains half of all the elements, and it shows. It controls Fire with its head, Metal with its left arm, Water with its right arm, Wind with its spine, and Earth with its mind. Its attacks aren’t heavy on damage, but it can Tire and Stun enemy Demons very quickly. It has been theorized by some that the elements that make up an Elder Earth Demon represent our universe, and that the elements that it doesn’t contain represent the supernatural. Whether this is true or not, it is true that an Elder Earth Demon, once summoned, will take control of the land around it to boost its Universal Strike. This also allows it to move around despite having a column of mud where its legs used to be. 4. Specials Earth Demons use each of their tools in turn with the Spinning Strikes attack, but Composite Tools lets them use all the tools at once and mixes in some hidden power. While Warp Bolt isn’t as powerful as Spinning Strikes, it requires less Powerups and can be used while the Earth Demon is carrying a weapon. Since Essential Earth Demons use 3 elements at once, there isn’t much room for variety in their attacks. Composite Elements lets Essential Earth Demons merge their elements more effectively, giving them more flexibility in which Powerups they use. 5. Specials (Cont’d) The Essential Earth Demon has an unusual Special Edition version that uses a fire attack instead of Heavy Hurricane. This leads some to suspect that there are traces of all 10 elements within the Earth Demon, just as all 10 elements exist in the Earth itself. Others suspect that this odd “fire manifestation” of the Demon is a clue, telling that there is an Elder Earth Demon that uses Fire as its fifth element. The answer remains to be discovered.
