To support member countries in carrying out their surveys through the following activities: Designing and proposing standardized methodologies Obtaining a Common Minimum Consensus among the countries Training on statistical methods in order to estimate drug consumption Collaborating on survey planning and execution Carrying out and publishing comparative analysis Helping countries to implement MEM recommendations
