All rights reserved. | Analysis Approach The data was analyzed using the statistical functions of: – Average: The value obtained by dividing the total by the number of respondents. – Polarities: Combining the Strongly Agree, Agree responses and combining the Strongly Disagree/Disagree responses. A response of 4 is considered as a strong agreement. A response of 2 is considered as strong disagreement.
