Brief History:
Helios Transport Nigeria Limited is a wholly indigenous company involved in shipping and logistics services to the Oil and Gas Industry. Helios was incorporated on the 25 May 2004, and has made tremendous progress since then with its modern and state of the art communication and logistics equipment for excellent operations to meet the needs of her clients.
Helios has a network of branches in major parts in Nigeria with a head office in Lagos and presence in Calabar, Warri, Bonny and Port Harcourt. Helios is affiliated to Malaysia International Shipping Corporation (MISC) Berhad and in a Joint Venture (JV) with Shell Trading and Shipping Company (STASCO) to broaden the frontiers of shipping and maritime activities in Sub-saharan Africa.
