What is hang-gliding? The practitioner Hang Gliding jumps a ramp placed on top of a mountain belt attached to a hang glider, and flat looking gently rising currents of warm air (known as thermal). And returns to a nearby location, usually a clearing at the foot of the mountain where it broke.

Who may practise it? The hang-gliding requires good physical fitness and a certain intellectual preparation, because its practice requires the practitioner an excellent command of a large number of knowledge as well as their own reflections. The space, wind, change position constantly placed in a critical situation that requires a multiplicity of skills and perfect coordination of reflexes.

The Equipment The basic equipment consists of: glider belt flight parachute emergency helmet 2 carabiners The complete equipment does not exceed 15 kg and can be stowed in a backpack.

What is abseiling? The activity is created from the technical climbing which means may be of concern to the safety of the practitioner. This must have basic instructions and monitoring specialists. Preparatory courses are essential.
