Mung bean Jeon Ingredients –serve for 4 Peeled mung beans 1 and a half cups Bean sprouts 300g 1 cup of Kimchi Grounded pork or pork 300g 1 Green onion Sesame oil sweet rice flour or brown rice flour 3Tbs olive oil or any kind of plant oil 1/4 tsp of salt Soy sauce mixed with apple cider vinegar.

Making method Wash mung beans and soak in water for 3 hours. The macerated mung beans volume expands. Wash bean sprouts, blanch in boiling water, then squeeze and chop it into small pieces with knife. Chop Kimchi into small pieces with a knife. Add macerated strain mung beans and 1 cup of water into processor and grind. Mix 3 T sweet rice flour. Grind 300g pork with any kind of food processor. Add chopped sprouts, chopped Kimchi, ground pork, salt and sesame oil and stir it. Mix the ground mung bean and ground pork. Heat a pan with oil and add one scoop of ladle dough into the heated pan. Reduce heat and turn the dough on fry pan. Add olive oil to the pan. Pan fry mung bean dough in front and the rear until brown color. Panfry about 3-4 min. Serve mung bean pancake with a small bowl of soy sauce mixed with apple cider vinegar.

Ingredients- serve for 4 Korean Buchim powder 1,1/8cup + all-purpose flour 1,1/8cup Ice water 2,3/4 cup Egg 1ea Backing powder 1tsp 2 Carrots 1 Zucchini 1 Potato 1 Onion Plant oil Bundle of green onion Vegetable Geon

Making method Clean and julienne vegetables, and then put together in a big bowl. Mix Korean Buchim powder and all-purpose flour and baking powder. Add ice water into flour. Ice water makes more crisp texture in pancakes. Slowly whisk the dough and add 1 egg. Add the vegetables into the pancake dough. Heat pan with oil and one scoop of ladle dough spread on the heated pan. Reduce pan and turn the dough on the fry pan. Add plant oil. Pan fry until the pancake becomes a light on both sides about 2- 3min. Serve vegetable Jeon with soy sauce mixed vinegar. Tip; if the dough’s concentration is too watery, add oatmeal.
