ANALYSIS CONTINUE DOING 1.Event began and ended on time – Parents & children came on time 2.Teachers worked hard with students to deliver a quality program 3.Auditorium was large enough to accommodate around 200 people 4.Venue location was convenient for all centers 5.Prasadam prepared by volunteers rather than asking parents 6.Children felt encouraged to receive trophies 7.Women in traditional attire for the program

4. ANALYSIS NEEDS IMPROVEMENT 1.Duration of the program 2.Program needed more variety 3.Children appreciation on stage (photo) 4.New banners needed 5.Men need to wear traditional dress 6.Backstage needs to have only necessary people

ANALYSIS NEEDS IMPROVEMENT 14.Need to finalize JET inventory for stage decoration / book sale 15.Setting right expectations on roles of each tasks’ coordinators. 16.Quality of mike systems need to be checked out before the event 17.Onsite Marketing needs to be improved 18.PowerPoint presentation needs to be enhanced to provide more info about JET /Prajna
