Closed-Loop Process Control Perform a capabilities study with the weighting sensor before production and use the data to find the target weight and +/- tolerances of the SmartDispenser™ with your assembly fluid. Dispense a full syringe allowing the SmartDispenser™ to automatically record weights. The statistical mean of the data is your target weight. The statistical standard deviation is your +/- tolerance. The SmartDispenser™ authorized administrator activates the scale feature and inputs the target weight and +/- tolerance percentage into the dispenser program.

2. Dispense onto the scale allowing the SmartDispenser™ to read the dispense weight after each dispense. If dispense is out of tolerance a warning message appears stopping the SD until cleared. Actual weight dispensed and number of stops are recorded in an Excel spreadsheet for post production statistical analysis and costing.
