6. Despite substantial investment, additional facility needs are significant and continue to grow. HMC Architects was hired to assist the District with a Long Range Facilities Master Plan. Document existing facilities and conditions.  Define District educational and design standards.  Review demographics projections and determine school planning.  Identify facilities need based on standards and enrollment capacities.  Calculate costs and necessary funding sources and timing for implementation.  Explore available funding sources.
