9. Bulkhead Design and Construction - 2014 Complete geologic mapping. Conduct flow monitoring. Select bulkhead location. Finalize bulkhead design. Construct bulkhead.

11. Flow Monitoring Flumes installed with pressure transducers. FD1 = 24.1 gpm FXC = 31.1 gpm

12. Bulkhead Location and Design Finalize bulkhead location. Determine design head. Calculate bulkhead thickness.

13. Bulkhead Installation Start installation in July 2014. Completed by September 2014. Estimated cost $500,000.
