2. – Step 1 – Mount Eco-bypass to water heater

3. – Step 2 – Locate fresh water line to home. Installer will need to cut line and install the Eco-Winterize valve.

4. Water line on this installation was 3’ below ground level. Valve box protects plumbing.

5. Secure Control box over Valve assembly

6. Eco-valve box in place. Ready to back fill.

10. Step 3 – Install Eco-Pumping control station. Line is connected to Eco Fresh Water / Winterize Control Valve.

11. Now that your Eco-Winter system is installed, you are ready to protect and winterize your plumbing and begin saving money on heating costs…..

12. Step 1 – Fill Tank with 10 gallons of Freeze-proof Solution.

13. Step 2 – Turn bypass valve to “winterize” the water heater.

14. Step 3 – Turn Eco-winterize valve to “winterize”

15. Step 4 – Check solution level by touching a switch. Turn on pumping system to inject solution.

16. Step 5 – Open all faucets (cold, then hot) till pink solution appears. Be sure to open each faucet, one at a time, until the pick solution appears then turn off faucet.

17. Also Kitchen sink, dishwasher, water in the door on refrigerator, washing machine, ect, … until pink solution appears.
