FISCAL IMPACT Projected Tax Increment Calculation for Mobility Projected Tax Increment Calculation for Mobility is $26.2 Million over the life of both Santa Fe and is $26.2 Million over the life of both Santa Fe and Springhills agreements. Projected Tax Increment for all other County purposes Projected Tax Increment for all other County purposes would be $129 Million over the life of the agreements.
