4. Future Meetings / Frequency The DREAM task force shall meet once per month for the remainder of 2015. Each monthly meeting will have a focus area: September: Definitions, Reporting, Distribution Awareness, and DR Aggregation Rules October: Definitions, Interconnection Procedures, Metering, and Modeling November: Local Pricing (Nodal), Resource Optionality December: Compliance Metrics, Review of TAC-level Policy Cuts January: TAC Presentation: Policy Cuts Each monthly meeting will include a review of previous meeting action items and provide an opportunity to raise new DER issues.

5. SMEs SMEs are responsible for reviewing IDEA submissions and providing expert feedback. Goal: Develop an IDEA worksheet to facilitate discussion and resolution of issues. IDEAS should be presented to the SMEs two weeks in advance of a meeting. Reviewed IDEAs should be posted to the ERCOT / DREAMTF meeting webpage one week in advance of the TF Meeting.

6. IDEAS: Issue development, explanation and solutions Each issue identified should have A sponsor A description of the issue, gaps, relevant protocols, and necessary changes Detailed analysis and potential solutions to be considered by the DREAM TF Consensus where achievable TAC escalation when necessary The IDEA form is posted to the main DREAMTF Webpage: http://ercot.com/committees/board/tac/dreamtf/index.html

7. Goals: Today: Establish a level understanding of the status quo processes and governance for DERs. Expand and refine the issues list if necessary Review current rules for aggregations Review the Reporting and Distribution awareness IDEA and SME feedback October Consider possible streamlined and/or alternative interconnection processes, metering arrangements, etc. Review proposed definition changes Review Net Metering and Dual Metering Catalogue existing information ERCOT has on an aggregate and individual basis for DERs
