Our own fleet Our fleet consists of late model vehicles to ensure reliable transportation of client documents and data. All QAI properties are traditionally marked with the recognizable “ Q ”.

Our project organization lends itself to short, direct lines of communication promoting the greatest interchange of information at the appropriate level of management.

Reporting QAI’s reporting process and procedures include: Project plans and SOPs at project startup. Weekly status meetings and monthly progress reports – documenting the progress of the capture/conversion efforts during that reporting period. Reports will include: pending tasks, issues and constraints on project timelines, documents processed, and expected throughputs.
