Objective Contain and protect the components of an imaging and commutations payload thought flight. Ensure that constant communication is possible through out the flight.

Communications Payload Requirements Weigh less than 4 lbs. Ensure constant communication with ground station Ensure that the components remain active through out flight Ensure that all components survive impact and continue to transmit position

Communications Payload Design Material E-glass fibers Wet lay-ups Configurations and mounting Foam core insulation Components attached using stand- offs Antenna outside of box Attached to parachute and balloon with rod through entire structure Testing Cold tested to -30°C
