To add animation to each slide, click on slide show on the menu bar, custom animation and change the effects and timing here. You can also choose animation schemes from the drop down arrow in the Task Pane.

Adding Backgrounds and Setting Up Show Click format on menu bar, then background. Choose a color, more color, or fill effects, then ok. You can apply this to one slide or all slides. You can also choose a design template or change your color scheme under Slide Design in the Task Pane. To loop your show continuously you can click on slide show from the menu bar, set up show, and check loop continuously.

Printing Your Slides Click file and print. Go down to the left side of your box where it says “print what.” (this is very important) You can choose slides (one slide per page, good for overheads), handouts (3 per page gives lines for taking notes), notes page, or outline page. Save your slide show by clicking File and Save As, then give it a name. View your slide show by clicking, view show, or press the F5 key.
