6 Getting help for Q.iMPACT License a channel:New licenses The following procedure is only for new license activation: If you lose your license due to unforeseen circumstances for firmware versions before A.1 (A.0) you must contact Mettler-Toledo: You will need to provide your serial number so your license can be restored (do a print screen of your licensing procedure and save/print it to a record that you will not lose). If you lose your license for firmware A.1 (A.0), you have several options as outlined in the A.0 firmware WebEx. Briefly, some of the options you have include: Restore your license on the Mettler-Toledo Q.i License page Obtain a temporary license (trial) 7 day license You can run on Spill-Only mode *See details on the firmware release A.0 WebEx 2 How to license a channel Q.iMPACT WebEx sessions
