1. Instructions NSW Visual Arts Fellowship for Emerging Artists Digital Submission Template PLEASE NOTE: This template should be used for still images only. Check the Guidelines for how to present video/timebased works. How many works ? You must submit 3 works in total for the Assessment Panel to consider. Applications which don’t include 3 works will not be assessed by the Panel. Do not submit more than 3 works for the Panel to consider. How many images? You can submit a maximum of 12 still images as part of your Digital Submission. You must check the Guidelines for specific information about how to present your Digital Submission. As long as you adhere to the Guidelines, it is up to you how you present your work. You might wish to submit a combination of photographs of your work – e.g. include a direct shot under controlled lighting, an image of the work installed in a gallery and also detail shots. It is up to you how many images you allocate to each work (as long as you don’t exceed the overall limit of 12). How do I add a new slide? In this template, if you wish to add more than two photos for each work, just add a new slide and copy and paste the previous slide’s format onto it. Your images should be in order, ie. Work 1, Work 2, Work 3. Once you’ve finished your presentation: Please delete this slide! Save the file as a PDF before you submit it to the online application system.
