1. Creating Interactive Polls With Video Clip Current as of 01-04-2010

2. STEP 1a: upload video clip Enter as Room Administrator Click on Room you will use for Polling. Click on Content tab Click on Default Content folder Click on New Content

3. STEP 1b: upload video clip Upload your video clip Make sure the Display this content in E-board is unchecked. Click Add

4. STEP 2: Create Polling Questions Title your poll. Type in the question and participant instructions. Clear participant instructions as this is where you will post your audio file. Complete the rest of the poll. Remember to Save Changes when you finish creating the poll. For this example, we are creating an open-ended question. Under Content, create a NEW FOLDER and label it Poll, then enter to begin creating your question.

5. STEP 3: Copy video clip file Click on Content tab to go to Default Content Folder. Click on Default Content Folder. Right click on the Filename of your video clip. Click on Properties Copy the URL address – make sure you get all of it, you may need to scroll within the address

6. STEP 4: Load Video Clip File In the Participant instructions section – paste your video clip file you had copied. Remove any, ; and ( or ) Then at the front end of it type in: <embed src= And at the end type in: > Click Save Changes Return to Content>Poll> and select Edit

7. STEP 5: Preview After you Save Changes, you will return to the Modify Folder Screen. Left Click on your poll to preview it. And see the results!
