(Summary) - VE Can Be Successfully Used for Things other than Project or Business Process Development/Review - VE Can, and Should, Play an Important Role in the Development of Emergency Preparedness Plans - The ‘After Action Report’ or ‘Lessons Learned’ Process is Quite Similar to the VE Job Plan; Consider Using VE to Perform AAR’s or Similar Reviews - Post Disaster Community Planning Can Benefit from the Use of Comprehensive ‘Planning Charrettes’ – a Related VE Process
