Start the answer with key words of Q Write 1 paragraph, come back and add a second if you have time at the end. It is important that you get on to answering 3, 4 +5 as soon as possible. Refer to specific knowledge in your answer like key words, names, features, years or laws not just general things How useful is the source. (8 marks 12mins)e.g. A cartoon from Punch magazine. How useful is this to a historian who is investigating public health problems in Britain in the mid- nineteenth century? Start the answer properly. Why did this happen choose Q4 or Q5 (12 marks 18mins) e.g. Why did it take so long for penicillin to be produced in Britain on a large scale? Write about the bullet points provided in the Q. One short paragraph for each. Write about something other than what is in the bullet points provided in a third paragraph. Focus on the key words in the question, don’t just write generally.
