3. Project Objectives Provide Convergys AutoTool technical support for other business units. Develop automated test scripts using Convergys AutoTool software to perform GUI/API tests on Convergys’ wireless product, Atlys. Create an integrated environment build test using Convergys AutoTool and Convergys DART tool. Demonstrate the integrated build test to upper level management. Train Convergys employees on automated testing methodology and use of the Convergys AutoTool.

6. Training WMS – An online training environment that offers classes in various computer related disciplines. Manuals – Reading manuals related to the tools I used. Practical Training (Hands-On) – Practicing in my working environment under supervision.

7. Project Completion All of my projects and objectives were geared to make me feel as if I were a regular full-time employee. Every assignment I was given would have been an assignment that a full-time employee would have been assigned. This gave me a tremendous since of responsibility, along with giving my internship a flavor of real life.

8. Experiences and Lessons Learned Through all my experiences at Convergys, I learned that you only get out what you put in. If you don’t put 100% into performing your job duties to the best of your ability, you won’t truly reap the benefits that doing an exemplary job provide. I also learned that my undergraduate courses WILL help me after I graduate. I was thankful that had been thoroughly introduced to the UNIX environment, Oracle, and HTML.

10. Structure of Internship Program I gained this internship experience through INROADS, Inc. of Central Florida, so the structure of my internship was modeled after guidelines provided by INROADS. Upon arrival, I was set up with a mentor for whom checked on my progress every day. My mentor provided me with support by answering any questions I may have had about my role and assignments, and a person who I could talk to if I ever encountered any problems. I also was paired with a business coordinator who served as a liaison between human resources and I. The Human Resources department of Convergys also sponsored several workshops For interns concerning the topics of diversity, company history, and time management. I was evaluated twice during my internship, once at the mid point and the again at the conclusion of my internship.
