Transportation Coach Buses TV with VCR/DVDTV Bathrooms
Four 56 Seat buses Buses are assigned with to teachers, parent chaperones and students Luggage restrictions apply Transportation

Lodging Dormitory style
All students, parents and staff sleep in the dorms Adults share separate rooms Lodges are segregated by gender Lodging

Food Departure breakfast and bus snacks will be provided by WHBMS
Frost Valley provides all on site meals Dietary restrictions can be accommodated as needed Vegetarians Allergies Foods fit into the overall wellness program YUM! Food

Weather Usually 10-15 degrees colder than Westhampton
Past temperature ranges 0-40 F Amount of snow has been 5 to 36 inches in the past Dress Warm! Layers and good boots are a must! Weather
