14. You are in charge! Your unit is planning your annual ski trip up to Vermont. There has been plenty of snow “up north” and temperatures have been quite cold. You have lots of young scouts joining you this year. What things do you need to keep in mind as you prepare for the trip which is 4 months away. 1

15. You are in charge! The older boys have been dying to do some serious backpacking in Maine and are anxious to climb Mt. Baxter and hike along the “knife’s edge”. You have some time since it’s October and the trip would likely be next August. 2
