Do you agree or disagree with the statement that America is facing a transportation capacity crisis, meaning that our roads, airports and public transit systems are overcrowded and struggling to handle the demands of our growing population and economy?

September 7-10, 2003 / N=1,000 Registered “Likely” Voters / ±3.1% M.O.E. Would you be willing or unwilling to pay nine cents more per day to help pay for road and bridge repairs?
