3. Homework Planners Every student will receive a HW planner in which they are to record their homework. Please check your child ’ s planner nightly. If necessary teachers often write notes in the planner. Please feel free to write a note to a teacher in the planner also. Your child should show the planner note to that teacher upon his/her return to school. 6L Tutoring Times Mondays – Math & S.S. Tuesdays - ELA & Sci. 6L Cluster Conferences If you have any concerns throughout the school year, please feel free to join us for a cluster conference on any of the days and times listed below. You can call Ms. Ma at 718-266-0814 to set up a cluster conference. Monday – period 1 from 8:20 – 9:02am Thursdays – period 7 from 1:04 – 1:48pm Homeroom- Each child MUST have a reading book during homeroom. They must be actively reading & documenting what they read on a reading log

4. Homework: Will be assigned on a daily basis. Students must learn to use their time wisely. Cell phones- Each child MUST have their cell phone turned off and put in their backpack as soon as they arrive. They must be turned off through out the day. If you must reach them during the school day please call the office.
