9. 9 Provincial Gazette and Public Participation Process A government gazette notice will be drafted in terms of Ordinance 17 of 1939, section 65. The gazette will inform I&APs about the proposed project and provide 21 day period for them to comment No EIA Regulations Listing Notice 1-3 activities promulgated under NEMA are triggered. RHDHV’s interpretation in this regard will be confirmed by GDARD Newspaper advertisements (Beeld and Pretoria News) Posters and Flyers (2000 distributed along route) Social Media Stakeholder database
