Procedure on Harmonisation of Maintenance Publication GTE+ Workshop on GTE+ Work Programme 24 June 2008
7
Drivers Planned maintenance periods are already published by the TSOs (website, bulletin board, …) or made available through ad-hoc documents BUT… Publication is not harmonised (timing, access to information, nature of works performed, impact, communication channel)
8
Objective To streamline the communication about planned maintenance amongst TSOs and between TSOs and market participants By providing market participants with a standardized planning of works and interventions (impact, file format, communication channel…)
9
Planning 1st phase: drafting of a document stating the current practices with regards to maintenance publication by GTE Business Rules sub- Working Group. To do this, a questionnaire will be drawn up and sent to the GTE members 2nd phase: gather the feed-back from market participants collected either through a workshop or via a consultation process 3rd phase: develop and valide a final version of the procedure on harmonisation of the maintenance publication
