Ask your partner to read each of their responses in the four quadrants of the Passiontivit y exercise Ask them WHY they enjoy the top skills in the quadrant. Listen for themes, especially in the High Skill / High Motivation quadrant Ask them if they are connected to a “tribe” (industry or mission) Should their search be more “tribe” or “lane” focused?
