How do we get started? Be a model for your staff and students Be a learner...be willing to be transformed. Keep asking questions....ask the hard questions. Inquiry is great for our students....and us! Pick a focus area and purposeful & intentional assess your students development of the skills - rubrics “How do we dream?” (Not...how do we fix education) Continue the conversation....meet with students, parents, colleagues, administrators, etc. “Empower the Kids” It’s their education and they deserve a voice in their world.
