5.  Just depends.. Because the problem is so recent, therefore, only time can determine whether people are becoming more hardworking and separating themselves in the field.

6.  I think that problems In a career field rely on the person, because everybody has a deferent view point on things, so something that’s a problem could be simple to someone else.
