The capacity and the technical background of the staff is sufficient for the use of the tools There is a need to hire highly specialised experts in partners organisation able to use properly the tools. Absorption capacity is not high ( reduce number of persons among partners organisation) Focus on problem solving skill to enhance self-confidence in the learning process
