Permitting Numbers New Dwellings permitted And Number of Dwellings Completed * Dwellings are considered “Completed” upon issuance of a full Certificate of Occupancy (C.O). Temporary Certificates of Occupancy do not constitute completion.

Completed sections of large projects. Specific units in multi-unit developments. Project complete with the exception of weather dependent exterior work.
