2. WEBSTER STRATTON STAFF TRAINING THE INCREDIBLE YEARS What is Webster Stratton Training? The teacher training intervention focuses on strengthening teacher classroom management strategies, promoting children's pro-social behaviour and reduces classroom aggression and non-cooperation with peers and teachers. Additionally the intervention focuses on ways teachers can effectively collaborate with parents to support their school involvement and promote consistency from home to school. The program comprises the following components: Teacher Program 1 - Teacher Attention, Encouragement, Praise Teacher Program 2 - Motivating Children Through Incentives Teacher Program 3 - Preventing Behavior Problems—the Proactive Teacher Teacher Program 4 - Decreasing Students' Inappropriate Behaviors Teacher Program 5 - Building Positive Relationships With Students

13. As a follow up to our Webster Stratton Training, we have been offered training in the Dinosaur child training curriculum. This training strengthens children's social and emotional competencies such as understanding and communicating feelings, using effective problem solving strategies, managing anger, practicing friendship and conversational skills, as well as appropriate classroom behaviours.
