COURSE SEQUENCE Leadership Core 12 credits 4 courses Begin Fall 2014 Hybrid or online courses Foundational Core 6 credits 2 courses: Research Methods and Educational Foundations List of suggested courses offered by term for each requirement Face-to-face, hybrid, or online courses Select one course per requirement based on desired term offered and instruction method Complete between Fall 2014 and Summer 2016, or term when completing degree requirements

ECE Concentration Area 18 credits 9 credits allowed from BECLP Recognized as 3 current BECLP courses Credits expire after 7 years from the year BECLP was completed Alumni have limited time to complete the MA BECLP Cohort 3 (2009-2010) – complete degree by 2017 BECLP Cohort 4 (2010-2011) – complete degree by 2018 BECLP Cohort 5 (2011-2012) – complete degree by 2019 9 credits completed from ECE-focused course series Hybrid or online Offered in Fall, Spring, and Summer terms, unless otherwise specified Choose from the following focus areas: Teacher Leadership – 3 courses in series Executive Leadership – choose 3 of the 4 courses in series ECE Coaching – 3 courses in series Early Literacy – 3 courses in series Education Policy – 3 courses (TBD)
