NUTS AND BOLTS Up to 8 people / team Team members will be from DIFFERENT CLASSES For example: The Reading Warthogs Team 2 students from Mrs. Haasl’s class 2 students from Mrs. Erickson’s class 2 students from Mrs. Berman’s class 2 students from Mrs. Kenney’s class

MORE NUTS AND BOLTS Teams meet regularly, one recess each week, to Get and give encouragement Practice for the challenges And sometimes even just read!

LAST OF THE NUTS AND BOLTS There will be an In-School Reading Challenge in February 2015 Winners will advance to the Semi-Finals in March 2014

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS Q - Do you have to be a super-duper reader to be on a team? A – No! Readers at all levels are welcome Q – Do you have to read ALL the books? A – No, but you need to read at least one. Teams need to strategize to make sure all titles are covered by the team as a whole.

HOW CAN I DO THIS ?? Tell Ms. Smith… I want to be on the Sno-Isle Mega-Fun, Biblio-Trivia, Rock-’em Sock-’em 3 rd Grade Reading Challenge! Ms. Smith (and Leo) will choose the teams.
