Emission trading is a market-based tool to reduce air pollution by providing economic incentives for reducing emissions by law. Polluters are made to pay for the cost of pollution.

4. Comment I agree with the ideas of the article. Air quality has reached crisis levels.If we continued to pollute the earth,it will affect all the world. So I think the government’s idea for emission trading is correct.Because it can make people stop to pollute. If they pollute the earth,they are responsible to pay for it.So they will control their behavior and make less pollution.
