13. Hearing Timelines What does this mean to you? Plan ahead! Save yourself 2 weeks or more by being aware of our process! Complete submittals prevent delays. Projects with partial submittals won’t be scheduled. Late submittals (or resubmittals) cause delays.

14. Hearing Timelines What do you get out of a structured process? All applicant’s are treated equally. BUT The process rewards applicant’s who are prepared! High quality submittals face less delays. No waiting behind other projects that are unprepared. Improved predictability!

15. Hearing Timelines So why should new timelines for land use permits matter to builders? Better projects mean smoother building permit reviews. Less frustration with land use issues. Clear expectations on both sides of the counter. Staff should be better prepared to serve you.
