Recommendation 1 Scope: clearly identified in FSTP and all materials.

Recommendation 7 Qualifications: two Certificate I and one Certificate II preparatory and enabling pathways into the workforce or vocational training.

Recommendation 11 Companion volume/s: training package scope and purpose guidance on contextualising for vocational requirements recommended delivery approaches using holistic assessment accessing advice and expertise.

Recommendation 12 Delivery requirements: Vocational Graduate Certificate in Adult Language, Literacy and Numeracy Practice, or equivalent recommended delivery approaches identified in companion volume.
