Main Points Premature Birth –should be of concern to Chickasaw County –The difference in rates between the state and county have over time –Chickasaw County’s rates of premature birth have to match Mississippi’s rates Heart Disease –Rates are high and are of major concern especially among the older population –But, rates for both Mississippi and Chickasaw County have over the past 5 years
