What worked best for our team during this Learning Session # 1 was : being able to ask questions, hearing what has worked for others, hearing other people's ideas I think that the breakouts were excellent - many are not comfortable speaking to the whole group and this allows some interaction 6.What information do you want to see in future sessions? how to include patients and families - they are part of the team and often missed More implementation examples more tools to get front line to participate Success examples with specifics; methods for engaging team members from multiple disciplines 7.What can we improve upon for future sessions?
