4.  John 3:16  Atheists deny existence of God & preaching the gospel would rightly infer God exists!  To preach God would be offensive to him!

5.  Jesus was Who He claimed to be: The Messiah  Matthew 1:22  John 4:25,26  Jews who reject Jesus would take offense!

6.  John 14:6 “I AM the way, the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.”  No other name by which we must be saved – Acts 4:12

7.  Matthew 16:18 “I will build My church” – not churches!  Many teach “join the church of your choice”  To preach ONE CHURCH is confusing to many!

8.  Romans 6:23  Romans 1:18-23  Preach the truth and find out how ‘bigoted’ and ‘closed- minded’ you are – and how offensive that message is!

9.  Romans 3:23 “all have sinned”  1 John 1:8,10 even believers sin
