What do community residents perceive as the biggest assets and challenges in their community?

7 An X indicates a significant difference between census tracts. 117 & 192 share a similar pattern 119 & 193 share a similar pattern There is a much higher perception of social problems in 193. 117 has the highest social capital and is more similar to non-target census tracts. Pattern: 117 -> 192 ->119 -> 193 Do census tracts targeted in Phase 1 differ from other cluster census tracts?
