Amoeba Nucleus: Controls Amoeba activity Pseudopodia: “False foot” sent out for movement. Used also to engulf food. Cell Membrane: Outer layer that allows items in and out of amoeba Contractile Vacuole: part of cell that removes excess water from the amoeba. Food Vacuole: part of cell that stores food.
