Lab Procedure Each group of 3-4 students need to collect the following supplies to start your group experiment.  3 mason jars  1 - 100 ml beaker of 10% fertilizer solution  1 plastic pipette  2-3 microscope slides with covers (be careful these are glass)  1 – 500 ml container of pond water  1 straw to stir your pond water  1 washcloth to clean up after you pour your pond water into the mason jars You will each fill out a lab sheet so that you have the data to create your graph and form your conclusion when we are finished with the experiment in 2 weeks.
