2 Computer Technicians – Mr. Minyi Zeng – Mr. David Day – One from AFP Based in TE 27 Secretariat – 3 rd Floor: One Ayala Room – Will move among each syndicate daily Points-Of-Contact

3 Each group will have: – 15 Dedicated laptops to share among the group – 1 Printer – keep printing to a minimum – Closed network to share documents and files All exercise documents, maps and briefings will be preloaded to your desktop A folder on your desktop called Workgroup Share – Used for group document storage/sharing – Backed up every day by the technicians Desktop setup for each group

Internet Access at TE 27 Limited number of computers with internet – 4 Per group – Used for research – User: TE27Password: te – Not for Facebook, Twitter, Personal use Intercontinental guests can use own laptop, and hotel login for Internet – Personal computers are not on shared network 5

6 For antivirus reasons, all USB drives have been disabled on all workstations – Infected laptop will affect the entire planning group – If you have files on a USB drive please talk to one of the technicians to assist with moving the data to your working group – The technician will scan the drive for viruses – If no viruses are found, the technician will move the files to a suitable location for your access Transferring Files

7 Abnormal computer behavior – Virus pop ups – Suspicious e-mail – Internet Explorer goes to websites that you did not want to open If you believe your computer has a virus, contact one of the IT techs as soon as possible Viruses and Malware
