Discussion and Conclusion The model explains 38,2% of variance in the outcome; Male and young car drivers more frequently intend to speed in residential area; Car drivers who reported negative attitudes toward measures for reducing speed more often intend to speed; Those who more frequently don’t agree with statement that penalties for speeding offences should be much more severe, they more likely intend to drive over the speed limit; Car drivers who more frequently agree with statement that driving a car over the speed limit in residential area makes driving more pleasant they will more likely intend to speed; Value of time presents significant predictor of intention of car drivers to speed; Car drivers who more frequently agree with statement that most of their friends would drive 20 km/h over the speed limit in residential ares, they will more likely intend to exceed speed limit in this area;
